The diaphragm shows muscles, tendons and openings of the esophagus and major vessels. The aorta shows the origins of five abdominal arteries.
Three thoracic vertebrae and three lumbar vertebrae are also represented. The left lung can be sectioned to visualize the bronchioles, arteries and pulmonary veins. The larynx can be sectioned for a detailed study of its structure too.
The heart is sectionable to visualize atria and ventricles and it shows upper and lower veins, aorta, pulmonary artery and coronary sinus.
